The Sussex County Sheriff’s Office takes citizen complaints seriously. The Sheriff holds his staff accountable to the citizens they serve to provide courteous and fair law enforcement. If a citizen wishes to file a complaint against a deputy, you may do so in person at the Sussex County Sheriff’s Office.
